At Empire Carpets International we recently obtained the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the international standard for quality management. As an organisation, we consider it of great importance that we guarantee quality and reliability, both to the market and to our own internal organisation.

ISO 9001:2015


ISO 9001 is an internationally recognized standard in the field of quality management. The standard is published by the International Organization for Standardization. The ISO 9001 certificate is issued by an independent institution after audits that show that the organisation meets the quality requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.

Since the beginning of our company, quality and customer satisfaction are two of our core values. These two aspects can also be found in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard. We consider ISO 9001 as a useful tool for clearly managing all aspects of business management, development, manufacturing and distribution. 


Achieving this certificate is the culmination on our daily work and operations. The testing for the ISO 9001 certificate is an annual process, whereby our quality management system and organisation as a whole will continue to improve, with the ultimate goal of providing customers with an even better product and service.
