New warehouses and office officially opened

After our initial announcement regarding our expansion plans in December 2017, we are pleased to inform you that our construction project has been completed. We are now ready for a new phase in our growth process. Discover in this article our video of the construction project to take a look at the final result.

THE BUILDING PROJECT

Exactly 1 year ago, the building project of Empire Carpets International took off. On the existing site in Hulste, a new warehouse for finished products was built at the frontside, with new office facilities on top. At the backside of the site, a new warehouse was added to the current production facilities for the supply of raw materials. 

The concept has been developed and supervised by architectural office Keunen. For the development of these new buildings, much attention was paid to energy-efficient and climate-neutral technologies, natural light and ergonomics. This way, we can realize our growth in a social responsible manner and support our employees and partners in a sustainable way.

THE FUTURE

Empire Carpets International is ready for the future. The new buildings generate greater operational and logistical efficiency, which ensures a better response to the needs of our customers. Furthermore, the new offices provide a more pleasant working environment and a perfect place to meet our partners. 

The completion of this project is not the end point. We will continue taking both small and big steps on all levels to further improve our products and services. With these news items, we will keep you up to date regarding these steps to the future.
